They know how to do service here! The service advisor (Daniel) had me speak directly with the Rob the technician to go over the repair required. This was very helpful in deciding to proceed and get my equipment in and out in 24 hours. Awesome!

It was my first time visiting the ARNS Calgary location as we are new to the area. I needed some parts for a chainsaw and Kevin was incredibly helpful and professional. He was able to locate the part I needed very quickly and I was on my way. It’s always a nice surprise to be met with such helpful and genuine customer service. I will be back to ARNS for all our outdoor equipment now for sure! Highly recommend - thanks Kevin!

Jason and Jim both impressed me so much today. Not only did they sell me the most amazing generator but serviced my sons in record time and made me feel like I was already part of the family. Great team atmosphere that is uncommonly welcoming to someone brand new! Thanks everyone, I’ll be a customer for life!

Amazing help from staff getting the right chainsaw at the time! Even when I had issues with the saw staying started he helped me out as quickly as possible and was a simple adjustment of the chainsaw and back to the woods I went. Definitely will be coming back to get my next chainsaw

I showed up to buy a small chainsaw and accessories about ten minutes before closing on a Friday, expecting I might be too late already and would get turned away. However the salesperson I dealt with was more than happy to help me out, he even went to the extra effort of fueling and oiling up the saw, and starting it up to make sure it ran well. I appreciated this greatly, especially as I was taking the saw out that weekend and did not want to be stuck with a dud saw all of a sudden. Great experience all around!

I've been dealing with Arn's for over 20 years and have bought several Stihl chainsaws and accessories, and a lot of handsaws from them. I've never been disappointed with their products and customer service. These guys are real pro's!

I have been going to Arns for almost 10 years for my equipment maintenance, purchasing supplies and purchasing new equipment. In that time, I had no issues with Arns. They have been very professional and responsive to my requests. Also, it is nice that they maintain a maintenance record of all my equipment. That helps a lot. Thank you Arns.
